For the brides who have their whole wedding planned but need that insured day of coordinator. We will collaborate with you to build a detailed wedding day timeline, confirm logistics with your vendors, and ensure no detail is overlooked. Starting 6 weeks prior, we’ll take over communication with your vendors—confirming arrival times, reviewing contracts, and serving as the main point of contact on the big day. We’re onsite from setup to send-off—directing vendors, managing the timeline, and troubleshooting anything that arises so you don’t have to. From welcome signs to ceremony programs, guest books to table numbers—we’ll handle the setup of all your personal wedding décor so it’s exactly how you envisioned. Let's celebrate this day just like you deserve!

For the couple who’s diving into wedding planning but wants expert support along the way. We begin working together 9 months before your big day, offering hands-on support and trusted expertise to keep everything on track—and stress at a minimum. We’ll craft a detailed, personalized timeline so everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when—keeping your day running smoothly from start to finish. From table layouts to traffic flow, we’ll help you design a floor plan that works beautifully with your venue and guest experience in mind. Need help picking the right team? We’ll assist in sourcing and securing up to 4 key vendors, complete with guidance on questions to ask, red flags to watch for, and reviewing contracts to ensure you're protected and set up for success. We’re here to answer questions, give advice, and keep you on track throughout the planning process—ensuring nothing gets missed.

From the first “yes” to your final dance, we’re with you every step of the way. This is our most comprehensive package, designed for couples who want a professional partner to bring their entire wedding vision to life—stress-free, cohesive, and beautifully executed. We’ll curate your entire wedding aesthetic—from color palette to tablescape—complete with custom design boards to bring your vision to life and keep your style consistent across every element. We’ll help you hand-select your full vendor team, handle communication, attend meetings when needed, and review all contracts to make sure you're getting the best fit and value. We’ll design a detailed timeline and floor plan tailored to your venue, guest count, and flow of events—ensuring everything is intentional and seamless. We’re with you every step of the way for check-ins, walkthroughs, and any questions that pop up. Think of us as your wedding planning BFF with serious organizational skills.
